What time is milk delivered?

Every morning between 6 and 8 AM inside Dhaka. Other orders arrive the same day.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — pause or skip any day from your account or by WhatsApp before 9 PM.

Is the milk boiled or raw?

Our bottled milk is gently pasteurised; raw milk is marked and must be boiled before use.

How long does doi keep?

Up to 4 days in the fridge; ghee keeps for months in a cool, dry place.

Do you take back the glass bottles?

Yes — leave the clean bottle at your door and we swap it with the next delivery.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes — or pay monthly by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card.
